We strive to deliver your product as swiftly as possible while ensuring quality. As all our furniture are made-to-order and handcrafted with care and attention, please allow 7-9 days for production and delivery. Should your order be ready sooner, we will notify you immediately. Please note that our delivery time frame excludes public holidays and weekends.
Note: Sundays and holidays are not included. Production timeline is subject to current workload and fabric availability. Please reach out to our team if you would like to check current timelines or for further information.
Delivery Fees:
We will contact you in advance to schedule your delivery and agree on a 5 hour window during which your items will be delivered and installed.
At the moment we do not have any standardized international shipping means. For international shipping details please contact us directly at info@sleepandshade.com for any inquiries and details.
While we make every effort to deliver on time, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or government regulations, including enforced mourning periods or public holidays.
Important Notes:
Once an order has been confirmed and the transaction has been processed, we cannot accept any cancellations of the order.
We understand that flexible policies are important to you. However, we reserve the right to approve returns or exchanges, based on the condition of the piece and customer account history. Shipping fees and all transactional fees are non-refundable.
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns on any products across our site. Each piece is made to order, meaning each piece is custom made especially just for you. Make sure you have checked all sizes and materials beforehand.
In the rare case that a product or piece has one of more of the following issues, we will offer immediate resolutions on a case-by-case basis, and in a timely manner. We know what it’s like not to be satisfied.
Each order that leaves our warehouse undergoes a complete inspection so that it arrives to you safely and proper. If there are any damages on the furniture photographs must be taken and shared with us at the time of delivery or within 24 hours of delivery to be rectified/replaced. After that claims will not be accepted. If this is the case, you are within your rights to refuse the product.
Any agreed refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment, Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed in case of damaged product.
